From family recipes on our menu to authentic Oktoberfest seating from Munich, Prost is a local Wichita favorite since 2013 since the opening of our flagship food truck, Let’m Eat Bräts. We moved to our stationary restaurant in 2018 and have offered the only urban bier garten experience in Wichita!
We proudly serve only imported German beer that has followed the The German Reinheitsgebot, or purity law, that originated in 1516. Every day, our dedicated kitchen staff work hard preparing your meals with only the freshest ingredients from scratch - no frozen entrees or desserts in this restaurant!
